Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for unwanted and faulty items. If you change your mind about an online purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned within 14 days of notifying us and should be in their original condition. Return postage for unwanted items is the customer's responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. We will cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
